Jesus’ needs assessment for our world is that ‘the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few’. More workers for the harvest field is the singular greatest need we face, and CV Conference exists because of this need.

We work hard each year to keep improving the conference, but for all our planning and efforts, we are dependent upon God and his Spirit to yield fruit.
